Refund policy

Returns & Refunds:

GF-Pasta is committed to your satisfaction.  We are in the business of solving the Gluten Free pasta problem, and if you experience anything that doesn’t meet your satisfaction – we want to hear about it! We do not accept physical returns, however, we will issue refunds and replacement order’s on a case by case basis. We may ask for details such as photos of the product, lot number, or product & packaging description to assist on our end. So please contact us with any issue, we want to hear from you!  

Orders lost in transit by the carrier will be refunded by us, less the original cost of shipping, or you can request a credit for a replacement order, plus the cost of shipping for the replacement order.  Unfortunately, shipping logistic supply chain inadequacies are outside our control, and we cannot absorb those costs.  Â
