We do not accept physical returns, however, we will issue refunds and replacement order’s on a case by case basis. We may ask for details such as photos of the product, lot number, or product & packaging description to assist on our end. So please contact us with any issue, we want to hear from you! Â
Orders lost in transit by the carrier will be refunded by us, less the original cost of shipping, or you can request a credit for a replacement order, plus the cost of shipping for the replacement order. Unfortunately, shipping logistic supply chain inadequacies are outside our control, and we cannot absorb those costs. Â
